Public attendance has increased each This year will be the biggest and best parade Wilmington has ever seen! We have new units so it's a brand new show! year as has the growth in entertainment. We place great emphasis on the parade (which will be held on Saturday morning, April 12, 2008) and it continues to be the largest attended event of the Azalea Festival with 400,000+ viewers and participants. The parade will be televised live and taped for later broadcasting. Changes are being made to guarantee that this next parade will be unique.
